| Spiked Sluggle Shells | A snail enemy that upon spotting Yooka and Laylee, will go into its shell and roll after the duo at high speed. The shell will even change direction to continue the chase, making this enemy incredibly annoying. | |||
| Sheldon McFingers | A large crab that will pound its claws if Yooka approaches it. It can be injured by bouncing on its head or by spitting a projectile at it. | |||

Boris[]
"Nooo! You bashed Boris!"― Capital B after Yooka Defeats Boris
Boris is Capital B's Favorite Meanyion henchman and the supposed secondary antagonist of Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair. He is a Flying Meanyion that stays stationary in the tutorial of the game. Boris looks exactly like any other Flying Meanyion: He has green skin and a magenta face with big blue eyes, pointy green ears and 2 teeth sticking out of the sides of his bottom jaw. As with all Flying Meanyions, he has a jet-pack.
Boris was on track to be a boss working under Capital B as he was making incredible progress towards his career before Yooka and Laylee put an end to that by comically slamming him in a Spiky Door.[1] Boris hovers behind the Tutorial's second Spiky Door, waiting to ambush Yooka and Laylee, despite being on the spiky side.

- Meanyions were originally going to be named "Baddie Smalls."
- Boris is the only Meanyion to have a name.
- Boris is the only Flying Meanyion in the Tutorial that can't fly, so much as hover in place.
- Boris apparently replaces Dr. Quack from Yooka-Laylee, even though the latter was banished to the Royal Stingdom with his boss.
