The Foggy Pit is an area in Moodymaze Marsh. The area is only accessible once the Grand Tome has been expanded. Yooka and Laylee have to find a hidden gem and bring it to Clara Lost. Afterwards, Clara rewards the duo with a Pagie.

The Foggy Pit is found after entering the pipe Clara is standing next to. The area is entirely shrouded in mist, which can only be dispersed using Sonar 'Splosion. Thorns hang from the ceiling, and large blocks of glass block the paths. In one of these blocks is the Gem Clara seeks.
