- The name "Pagie Pedestal" is unofficial, and will be changed once an official name has been revealed.
Pagie Pedestals are circular pedestals with a Pagie-shaped design on the top. They are located in Hivory Towers in front of every Grand Tomes. The pedestals are used to either unlock worlds, or expand them.
By standing on top of the pedestal, the player's Pagie count will show, and by pressing 
, a Pagie will tell the Yooka and Laylee the amount of pagies it takes to unlock the world, or expand it.
